About me & the DCP
Hi guys!
I'm over here in Florida for fall term participating in the Disney College Program! I had to apply for this program including a web-based interview and a telephone interview before I was accepted into the role of Quick-Service Food and Beverage. This is a pretty general role and is one of the most popular roles for DCPs to get assigned to.
Everyone in the program has been in college for at least a semester, but so far I would say that the majority of participants are either in their junior year, have just graduated. We all live amongst the Disney College Program and Internship housing which is made up of four different apartment complexes. I live in Chatham Square in a four bedroom (eight person) apartment; all of my roommates are really sweet and love Disney :)
I'm working at the Ice Cream Parlor in Magic Kingdom, and during September and October, I'll be taking a course about how the Disney company has come to life!
